This will keep the colours, text and other features similar to each other. One thing that may need to change is functionality, such as scrolling features or anything that is easier on a bigger screen. Removing these will allow for a less stressful experience and increase the simplicity on the app. Having less animated features will also increase responsiveness especially on slower devices, helping to create an easy-to-use page that is more accessible. Clear consistency will create a brand identity between the two versions, making it clear that both are related and hopefully letting users feel used to both versions when using them.  Typography will be kept simple for large bodies of text, allowing it to be easily read by most viewers, with a reasonable size on the page. This can be larger on the app to compensate for the smaller screen. Headings and subheadings however, can have a more complex font to allow them to stand out from other elements. This will make it easier for viewers to find different sections along with them having a generally larger and bolder font than other text. This is a common feature on any website to give a similar effect.  Overall, the main principles that will be included are Consistency, Simplicity, Navigation and Typography.
